About the Mentoring Programme

This programme is open exclusively to our incoming FTMBA cohort to support and accelerate your transition into and beyond Imperial Business School, helping you make the most of a one year MBA programme to achieve your career goals. It is a 2-step programme in which you will be mentored by a student or recent alumni to start with (July to December 2025) and a senior alumni working in your industry, functional area and location of choice later on (February to July 2026). The FTMBA Mentoring Programme is fully embedded in your Personal Leadership Journey and builds on it as you increase your self-awareness, explore your career options and implement your post-MBA career strategy.

Please note, this event is for Imperial admitted students only, and for those joining the Full-Time MBA programme in September 2025.
