We are delighted to invite you to the MBA Admit weekend with Imperial College Business School, from Friday 16 May to Sunday 18 May 2025.
The MBA admit weekend in London includes a packed agenda, including a complimentary hotel stay and evening activities.
The purpose of this weekend visit is to give everyone joining the Full-Time MBA and Global Online MBA programmes the opportunity to meet your cohort and take part in interactive sessions to learn more about your programme and the MBA experience at the Business School. As well as networking with the wider Imperial community and exploring the South Kensington campus and city of London.

Weekend Agenda
Friday 16 May - South Kensington Campus
- Welcome to Imperial College Business School and introduction to the Recruitment & Admissions team.
- MBA Programme overview with Mike Nowlis, MBA Programme Director.
- Careers at Imperial - Meet our Careers Consultants who will support you throughout your MBA journey.
- Student Life and student roundtables - Hear about the memorable experiences can you expect at Imperial College Business School as well as meeting current students.
- Campus tour.
- Evening Activity: A private cohort dinner to relax after your day on campus.
Saturday 17 May - South Kensington Campus
- Interactive workshop hosted by Imperial alumna, Entrepreneurship Coach and Visiting Lecturer, Dr Lisa Portz and an introduction to the Enterprise Lab.
- Faculty Masterclass with Penny Hoffmann-Becking, Senior Teaching Fellow.
- Alumni Meet & Greet.
- Evening Activity: Celebrate your MBA offer at Horizon 22, Europe's highest viewing platform. There you will have a three course meal with 300-degree views of London, alongside current students, alumni, staff and a special guest!
Sunday 18 May - Free Day
- A free day to explore London if you wish (resources will be provided).

Further details about the weekend:
You will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own travel to London. However, we are pleased to offer you a stipend to assist you with your travel expenses. This will be deducted from your tuition fee upon joining the programme.
- Travelling from within the UK - £100
- Travelling from Europe - £250
- Travelling from the Rest of the World - £750
Stipend terms
There are no specific requirements to qualify for the travel stipend i.e. this can cover transportation and/or tourist visas. As long as you attend the whole Saturday, you will receive the full stipend amount based on your departure region when you enrol. If you are fully sponsored or have a full scholarship let us know as this works slightly differently.
We will provide you with a two night complimentary stay at The Kensington Hotel on Friday 16 May and Saturday 17 May, which also includes breakfast. Please select the number of nights you would require when registering.
You are welcome to bring 1 guest to stay with you during the weekend and attend the Saturday evening celebration in London. You will be able to select this option on the registration form. We advise you to speak to your guest about organising their own itineraries for the Friday afternoon and Saturday day.
