1. This form usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete.
2. We recommend that you apply at least two months before the programme starts to guarantee your place.
3. If your employer is paying for the programme fees you will be prompted to add your employer details in the application form under the Sponsoring Executive.
4. Once you have completed the application form and accepted the terms and conditions the cancellation terms apply. You will receive an automated email confirming that Imperial College have received your application.
5. After receipt of application, we will get back to you within 24 hours to inform you whether your application is approved.
6. If you are paying by bank transfer or are being sponsored, we will send you an invoice to the billing contact nominated by your executive sponsor. Payments terms are normally 30 days upon receipt of invoice.
7. If you are paying via credit card you will receive a link to make payment via email once your application is approved.
8. The Programme Manager, who is in charge of logistical arrangements for the programme will send your Joining Instructions six weeks before the start of the programme.
