Programme content

MSc Management is a challenging programme that will prepare you for a wide range of careers in the competitive Management services sector.

The programme’s distinctive combination of business-focused learning encompasses theory and its application to the real world via practical case studies and hands-on tasks involving companies and other external institutions.

These online modules will give you basic knowledge of areas which will be covered by the programme throughout the academic year.

Core modules, starting in the Autumn term and continuing into Spring term, will give you a solid base of practical knowledge in every subject area. In the Summer term you will consolidate this knowledge in the Integration modules.

Across the Spring and Summer terms, you will choose one academic specialism, and study four electives from that area. Alternatively you can choose three electives from within your chosen specialism alongside one elective from outside of your specialism.

In the summer, you will get the chance to integrate and apply your knowledge in three applied modules: Entrepreneurship; a Consulting Project, Social Project or Work Placement; and a Management Capstone.
