Accordion widget- Alumni library access

How do I access the libraries as an alumnus?

To access our onsite library, you can apply online for alumni library membership. Visit our website and select the Imperial alumni category from the dropdown menu and complete the application form.

Once completed, please go to the Central Library or one of our campus libraries with a photographic ID and proof of your current address. A library card will then be issued to you for one year, renewable on request.

Can I use the library computers?

You will not have computer access onsite as an alumnus, but you're welcome to bring your own device and use the public Wi-Fi (The Cloud).

Alumni do not have automatic access to online library resources but our online alumni platform, Imperial Plexus, offers a range of journals, and this is expanding all the time.

Do I have an online library account as an alumnus?

No, you will not have access to an online library account as an alumnus. You are welcome to visit and use our library facilities in person.
