We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive lunch and campus event, designed to welcome and celebrate admitted students. This is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow future classmates, engage with our Recruitment & Admissions team, and begin your journey into our vibrant community.

You’ll enjoy an intimate afternoon tea in the South Kensington area with your fellow MBA admits, before heading to campus to take part in a faculty masterclass, cohort workshop, understand the careers services and further networking.

Agenda for the day

11.45 - 13.30: Afternoon tea with admitted students, current students and the MBA Recruitment & Admissions Director.

13.30 - 14.15: Student experience panel. Hear from our current students who can share their own experiences about studying an MBA at Imperial, as well as guidance about student life, the application journey and work-life balance. 

14.15 - 15.00: Faculty masterclass. Engage in a compelling session delivered by Robin Bagchi and explore key topics that you’ll encounter during your MBA journey, followed by a bespoke workshop for your cohort.

15.15 - 15.45:  An Introduction to Careers. Find out about the support you will get from our Careers team and the focus on how we prepare our MBA graduates for the future.

15.45 - 16.45:  Cohort Workshop. A bespoke workshop for your cohort delivered by Robin Bagchi. 

17.00 - 19.00: Networking evening. Celebrate and connect further with your future classmates, staff and current students.
