As part of this process, the Executive Leadership Journey will run throughout your studies during the two years of the Executive MBA. You will be exposed to different tools, coaching and experiential learning situations, which all contribute towards getting to know yourself better, gaining in confidence and ultimately changing behaviour to make the step from manager to leader.
We will draw on themes from core teaching of Organisational Behaviour and Responsible Leadership and provide you with the opportunity to practice the behaviours that you will need for success.

Professional development
Your journey will start by helping you to understand you as an individual, what type of leader you are and how others perceive you. We will then look at how you work in a team and your leadership style. The final stage will help you see where you fit into the wider organisation and look at the specific skills necessary to cope with the fast-changing demands our technology-driven world, helping you to future-proof you career.
Throughout your time with us you will be assigned your own coach. They will stay with you throughout the programme, help you to think about yourself as a leader, and help with your career plans, whether you hope to use your MBA to accelerate your career in your current organisation or make a change of direction.
You will also have access to all of the available Careers services, with help on everything from CV writing, interviewing and networking your way to success.
