BSc Biomedical Technology Ventures

Gain skills to identify opportunities to improve human healthcare through technology

The Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London, together with the Business School has launched a new undergraduate programme in Biomedical Technology Ventures.

The programme is designed to educate and nurture entrepreneurial-minded students, equipping them with the skills to identify opportunities for improving human healthcare through the application of technology, and to seek to achieve rapid transfer of ideas and technology to meet those gaps through entrepreneurship.

The programme complements existing MEng degree programmes in Biomedical Engineering and Molecular Bioengineering; however it has a significant focus on the business and management content, with a particular emphasis on the entrepreneurial (rather than corporate) end of the spectrum.
