Imperial is participating in Jisc’s “Read and Publish” agreement with Wolters Kluwer.

The agreement provides open access publishing for Corresponding Authors in the Total Access Collection of over 300 medical and nursing journals published by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW) including many society-owned journals at no further charge to the author. This agreement also includes unlimited read access to those journals.

To be eligible, articles must:

• Be a peer reviewed research article, review or conference paper.
• Be accepted for publication on or after 1st January 2022.
• Have a corresponding author affiliated with a participating institution.

All accepted research papers meeting the requirements above will automatically be considered for open access publication under this agreement via Copyright Clearance Centre. Please use your Imperial affiliation and email address when you submit to ensure that you are identified as eligible.

Please note, this agreement covers hybrid journals only and fully open access journals are excluded. Other titles are also excluded from this Agreement - see table below. Non hybrid (read only) titles, that do not offer OA publishing, plus backfile only titles are also excluded. New titles may be added throughout the lifecycle of the agreement.
