If your application is successful, you will receive an unconditional offer to attend the Global Summer School programme. You must then complete the following within 14 days, to secure your place. Please note that the deadline will close to 7 days closer to the programme.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Behaviour and Learning Agreement and Mentor Supervision page using our online consent form.
- Pay the programme fee in full.
Payment of the programme fee must be made online using a debit or credit card through the Imperial E-store. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by bank transfer or American Express. Please follow the payment link in your offer email or get in touch with a member of the team.
Payment information
In order to make a payment, you will be required to create an Imperial E-Store account in the cardholder’s name.
When you make your payment you will be asked to provide the student’s name, applicant ID, academic subject and programme date so that we can identify your payment easily. Please ensure you have these details to hand.
You must pay the full programme fee within 14 days of receiving the unconditional offer to secure your place. This will change to a 7 day deadline closer to the programme.
If you are unable to make the payment by your payment deadline, an extension may be granted in exceptional circumstances. Please contact the team to discuss with as much notice as possible.
Please note: It can take up to three working days for payments to be received by the Global Summer School team. If your payment has gone through successfully, you will receive an automatic email immediately from the E-Store. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder and security settings in case the email has been blocked. This will be your official receipt for the payment, we are unable to provide an invoice or further receipts so please ensure you save copies of all confirmations for your records.
Once payments have been verified and all relevant forms completed on Docusign, you will receive an official confirmation of your place on the programme. Please allow up to a week for this email to be sent, noting this will not follow immediately.
