MIM Global Leadership Scholarship - Full tuition

Amount
£30,500
Eligibility

Our new MIM Global Leadership Scholarship is available to applicants demonstrating an outstanding track record of leadership and/or outstanding leadership potential, a focused career plan and a strong overall application. Awards covering the full tuition fee of £30,500 are available. Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability and passion to become a visionary business leader. To be considered for this scholarship, you must display leadership qualities and exceptional career potential in your application.

If you want to be considered for this scholarship, you should submit your MSc International Management application by 17 February 2020. Early application is strongly recommended to increase your chance of receiving an award.

  • Describe the time when you had the most impact as a leader

As the MiM Global Leadership Scholarship covers the full tuition fees, successful candidates will be ineligible for additional awards from Imperial College Business School. If any such awards have already been received, the award of the MIM Global Leadership Scholarship will supersede them.

Technology and Innovation Scholarship

Whether it’s AI, automation, analytics or more, the world of business is being rapidly shaped by technology and innovation. At Imperial College Business School, we drive business advantage through the fusion of business and technology and an entrepreneurial mind-set. We are delighted to launch a new Technology and Innovation Scholarship, with awards of up £20,000 available to recognise students who can demonstrate experience of using technology to innovate.

How to apply

All candidates must submit an essay in response to the following questions:

  • Describe a time when you used technology to find an innovative solution to solve a specific real-world problem or meet a certain goal

At Imperial College Business School, it is our mission to benefit business and improve society. We are delighted to offer awards of up to £20,000 available to recognise students who demonstrate outstanding citizenship and commitment to supporting their community and/or social causes.

How to apply

To be considered for this scholarship, you must have applied for your programme commencing in September 2020 and submitted your answers to the following questions by the deadline.

  • Describe your role in the social impact project or initiative that you feel most proud of being involved in.

  • How do you plan to use your MSc to benefit business and society?

Eligibility

Thanks to a generous gift from the Lees Charitable Foundation, we are delighted to announce a new scholarship programme for 2019. The Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship has been established to support talented alumni of Imperial College London pursue their Master’s degree at Imperial College Business School.

This full scholarship covers tuition fees and a maintenance grant of approximately £17,000 to support living expenses and is offered to Imperial College London students or alumni with exceptional academic performance in their undergraduate degree from Imperial and a strong overall application. 

How to apply

Candidates who apply before the scholarship deadline and receive an offer for the programme commencing in September 2020 will automatically be considered.

As the Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship covers the full tuition fees, the successful candidate will be ineligible for an additional Imperial alumni loyalty bursary and/or an additional GMAT Excellence award (MSc International Management only). If any such awards have already been received, the award of the Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship will supersede them.

Bseisu - Imperial College London Scholarship

Eligibility

The Bseisu-Imperial College London Scholarship has been established with the generous support of the Amjad & Suha Bseisu Foundation to help realise our vision of attracting brilliant minds to Imperial, regardless of their financial circumstances.

We invite applications for this award from candidates who are ordinarily resident in Palestine, Syria, Lebanon or Jordan, and are pursuing a full-time MSc programme commencing in September 2020.

One award covering the full programme tuition fees is available.

How to apply

Candidates are required to answer the following essay question to be considered for the scholarship:

  • What life experiences have shaped who you are today and how have you overcome adversity to excel in education? How do you think these experiences will help you in today’s rapidly changing world? (700 words maximum)

Candidates who apply by the deadline and meet the residency requirements will be automatically considered for this scholarship and asked to submit their answers to the essay question if they haven’t already.

Scholarships of 50% of the programme tuition fee are available for Imperial College London students or alumni with exceptional academic performance and a strong overall application.

Imperial College London students or alumni who apply before the deadlines above and receive an offer for the programme commencing in September 2020 will automatically be considered for this award. Please use your personal statement to highlight your proudest achievements inside and outside the classroom.

Early application is strongly recommended to increase your chance of receiving an award.

Candidates awarded an Imperial College scholarship will be ineligible for an Imperial alumni loyalty bursary.

We are delighted to support talented students by offering Bright Network members an application fee waiver. Please note the waiver covers the £80 application fee, but applicants are still required to pay full tuition fees. If you are already a member of the Bright Network, please email us at business.school@imperial.ac.uk with your name to request your discount code. If you are not yet a member of the Bright Network, please sign up, where you will also be given the discount code.

Please note: The waiver must be requested before you submit your application, and cannot be retrospectively applied.

Imperial Loyalty Bursary - 10% of the tuition fees

Eligibility

We welcome applications from Imperial College London alumni. We offer a 10% bursary on tuition fees to successful candidates with an undergraduate degree from Imperial awarded at a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours, or Master’s degree awarded with a minimum of Merit. 

How to apply

Imperial College London students or alumni who apply before the above deadline and receive an offer for the programme will automatically receive this award.

We cannot guarantee the availability of Imperial Loyalty Bursaries for applications received after the deadline.

GMAT Excellence awards

Summary

We know how much hard work goes into preparing for the GMAT, and are delighted to offer the new GMAT Excellence scheme to recognise and reward the highest achievers, with a £5,350 award for candidates who achieve an overall score of 750 or higher.

If you want to be considered for a GMAT excellence award, you should make sure you submit your MBA application by 19 June 2020.

How to apply

Candidates with an overall GMAT score of 750 who receive an offer for the Full-Time MBA programme commencing in September 2020 will automatically receive the award as a reduction to their tuition fees.

Candidates who achieve an overall GMAT score of 750 by taking (or re-taking) GMAT after receiving an offer, to either meet an offer condition or to improve their score, are also eligible for the award. Please note that you should contact the Admissions Team when you receive your score, as well as making your results available online.

Eligibility

Open to all candidates who achieve a GMAT score of 750 or higher. Please note that GMAT tests are valid for 5 years from the test date.
