Africa Regional Scholarship

Imperial College Business School is proud to be a global organisation with students from all over the world. To encourage this further, we are offering scholarships to African students who we believe would contribute to the Imperial community.

Eligibility

Applicants who are resident in one of the 54 African countries (as defined by the United Nations) will automatically be considered.

The Lee Family Scholarship – scholarship and grant

Eligibility

The Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship has been established to support talented alumni of Imperial College London pursue their Master’s degree at Imperial College Business School.

This full scholarship covers tuition fees and a stipend to support living expenses and is offered to Imperial College London students or alumni with exceptional academic performance in their undergraduate degree from Imperial and a strong overall application. 

How to apply

Candidates who submit their MSc application before the deadline advertised below and receive an offer for the programme will automatically be considered for this scholarship. Successful candidates will be notified by the Admissions team.

As the Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship covers the full tuition fees, the successful candidate will be ineligible for an additional Imperial alumni loyalty bursary. If any such awards have already been received, the award of the Lee Family – Imperial College Business School Scholarship will supersede them.

Requirements
  • Exceptional academic performance in an Imperial undergraduate degree, typically at strong First Class Honours level. Candidates who are currently in their final year will be assessed on their marks to date and predicted performance
  • Demonstrable evidence of your potential for future academic success
  • The overall strength of your application and interview performance
  • Your academic references

Bright Network application fee waiver

Eligibility

We are delighted to support talented students by offering Bright Network members an application fee waiver. Please note the waiver covers the £80 application fee, but applicants are still required to pay full tuition fees. If you are already a member of the Bright Network, please email us at business.school@imperial.ac.uk with your name to request your discount code. If you are not yet a member of the Bright Network, please sign up, where you will also be given the discount code.

Please note: The waiver must be requested before you submit your application, and cannot be retrospectively applied.

Imperial Loyalty Bursary - 10% of the tuition fees

Eligibility

We welcome applications from Imperial College London alumni. We offer a 10% bursary on tuition fees to successful candidates with an undergraduate degree from Imperial awarded at a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours, or Master’s degree awarded with a minimum of Merit. 

How to apply

Imperial College London students or alumni who submit their MSc application before the below deadline and receive an offer for the programme will automatically receive this award. 

We cannot guarantee the availability of Imperial Loyalty Bursaries for applications received after the deadline.

Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree from Imperial awarded at a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours, or Master’s degree awarded with a minimum of Merit. Candidates who are currently in their final year will be assessed on their marks to date & predicted performance
Deadline

If you are offered an Imperial College Business School scholarship or Imperial Loyalty Bursary and are subsequently offered a larger award by us, the larger one would supersede the first award and would not be in addition to it.

Scholarships awarded by Imperial College Business School are in the form of a reduction of the tuition fee. Therefore, if you receive another scholarship that pays the full tuition fee directly to the College, you cannot also receive a scholarship from the Business School.
