The Imperial staff survey is open from 4 – 18 March.
The survey is a valuable opportunity for everyone to share their experiences and ensure every voice is heard. We want to understand what’s working well and what needs improvement – so that everyone feels valued, has a sense of belonging, and can thrive.
We commit to reporting back on what we hear and what we’ll do.
We have listened to your feedback that the survey felt too long. This year, we have reduced the number of questions and focused on priority areas that will provide the most meaningful insight and support real change.
Results will be used to inform action planning, with a focus on university-level action and support for departments to focus on one or two local priorities.
You will receive an email invitation directly from People Insight, the third-party provider appointed to manage the survey and provide us with an analysis of the results. If you have not received the invitation or have issues accessing it, please contact People Insight directly.
Your insights will directly inform the actions we take forward, and all responses will be confidential.
We know sustainability matters to the Imperial community. That’s why, for every response, Imperial will commit to planting trees through Eden Reforestation Projects.
