Using our services and can't find the feature you are looking for?
Why not log a feature request with our vendors or up-vote features others have already logged!
The instructions below provide details on how to log feature requests with each of our vendors.
Canvas
Feature requests for Canvas can be submitted to the Canvas Collaborative Roadmap by using the 'Share a Contribution' button.
Existing roadmap items also appear on the Canvas Collaborative Roadmap and you can help Canvas understand the importance of those features by voting them as 'Most have', 'Nice to have' or 'Not interested'.
Panopto
Panopto have a 'Community forum' to log feature requests, you can login by using the 'Panopto Cloud Customers click here to login' link and entering your full college email address e.g. 'a.exampleSurname@imperial.ac.uk'
You will then be able to sign in using your normal Imperial Single Sign On (SSO) username and password.
Mentimeter
Mentimeter feature requests can be logged and upvoted in their feature request forum.
FeedbackFruits
Feature requests for FeedbackFruits can be submitted via the FeedbackFruits help pages using the "Chat" icon that appears in the bottom right of the screen to contact their support.
Zoom
Zoom feature requests can be submitted via the Zoom community site, you can log feature requests by logging in via the "Sign In" link on the top right of the page, click on the "SSO" icon, enter the company domain "imperial-ac-uk" and completing your community profile.
Other Services
Feature requests for Möbius, Ed Discussions and WISEflow should be submitted as queries to ICT.
