The ICT Service Desk provides IT support between 06.00 and 18.00 every weekday. We are closed at weekends and during College closure days.

For critical problems that are disrupting services and systems, the Out of Hours Helpdesk can be contacted by calling our usual telephone number (+44 20 7594 9000 or 49000 from a College telephone) and following the instructions given in the message. You will be transferred to an Out of Hours team. They will be operating from 18:00 untill midnight.

If you require assistance outside of our opening hours, you can still get help or report a problem in these ways:

  • Log your problem or request at ASK ICT and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Read the helpful information and guides in our Self service section.

Please be aware that the Out of Hours provision comes from an organisation external to the College.  They are governed by contract and Service Level agreement.  In order to provide all users with the service, the organisation has the name, email address, phone number and University ID held on secure servers.  Location may also be shared if relevant to the enquiry made to the service.  If you require more information on how the College protects your privacy, visit the Data Protection web pages
