Maurizio Zollo,
Scientific Director
Maurizio Zollo is Professor of Strategy & Sustainability at Imperial Business School. His research looks at how business organisations learn to grow and adapt to environmental turbulence, and how managers can guide these evolutionary processes through the combined use of strategic growth initiatives and organisational change, innovation and learning processes. Before joining Imperial he held professorial posts at Bocconi University and INSEAD. He is a visiting professor at the Sloan School of Management and at Bocconi University, and has published over 50 academic papers, the findings from which have been featured in The Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times.
Livio Scalvini,
Executive Director
Livio Scalvini is Executive Director of the Leonardo Centre and CEO and Co-founder of Golden for Impact, an international organisation developing alternative models of enterprise for economic and human value creation. Before joining Imperial Business School, he was Professor in Entrepreneurial Finance at East Piedmont University. He was Global Director of Corporate Innovation for Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy’s leading banking group, and has held leadership roles in international financial institutions, with a focus on innovation, strategy and venture capital. He is author of publications on strategic planning and the dynamics of markets.
