If you wish to set up access for conference attendees, read Create conference guest accounts.

Create guest account (8 hour access)

Selecting Create guest account (8 hour access) will generate a guest username and password. You can select Email Details to yourself to share with your guest. Emails are not a secure way to share information, so sharing details in person or by telephone is preferred.

When guests connect to College WiFi network (Imperial) using any available PC or device, they will be redirected to a registration page where they will be prompted to enter their guest usernames and passwords.

Create guest account (1-90 days)

Requests for 1-90 days require additional information about your guest (name, email and phone number) so that he or she can be identified and contacted in the event of misuse or other issues that may arise when they use the account.

Once entered, a username and password will be generated. You can select Email Details and send them to yourself to share with your guest. Emails are not a secure way to share information, so sharing details in person or by telephone is preferred.

When guests connect to College WiFi network (Imperial) using any available PC or device, they will be redirected to a registration page where they will prompted to enter their guest usernames and passwords.
