The Inclusion Team offers a range of inclusion training throughout the academic year. Our aim is to raise awareness of key inclusion topics and to ensure Imperial's staff are able to apply and embed these values in their work. Training dates are released at the start of the academic year.
Our Inclusion courses are designed to be followed as a pathway:
- Start with the foundation of what you need to know - raising awareness
- Take the next steps - championing Inclusion
- Specific courses for managers and supervisors
- Specific courses as personal development for groups of staff who may face additional barriers
