Delivered over 17 months, the course will build your knowledge of AI fundamentals, allowing you to identify and implement solutions that align with departmental and institutional goals. Key themes include:

  • Ethical AI decision-making
  • Generative and agentic AI fundamentals
  • Data fundamentals for leaders
  • Leading change, managing AI projects and stakeholder engagement
  • Business process transformation with AI

Delivery will include 11 monthly interactive virtual workshops with Corndel practitioners, coaches, and AI specialists, bringing together practical expertise in business transformation, AI adoption and organisational change.

You will also attend monthly 1-1 sessions with a specialist coach, undertake guided self-learning, and bite-sized practical projects. Learning is complemented by a special masterclass programme delivered by Imperial academics on themes such as Scaling Generative AI and Digital Transformation.

As such, this course is a unique opportunity to access leading-edge thinking in Artificial Intelligence and technology.
