Training overview
When left unchecked, our personal perspectives and biases can sometimes lead to miscommunication in the workplace. This can lead to further conflict and affect us and everyone we work with.
However, through conscious, deliberate action, we can work to understand and counteract bias in the workplace, enabling better communication and working relationships for ourselves and our colleagues.

This course provides an action-focused perspective on countering bias in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to consider how biases and preconceptions can impact our interactions within the context of Imperial as a workplace. Through discussion and guidance, you will be able to identify key ways to act to prevent biases from impacting the workplace and help create a more positive working environment for all.
