Training overview

This training course is for anyone who wants to learn more about harassing or bullying behaviours, and how they can affect performance and the overall working environment. The course develops the skills to tackle harassment and bullying head-on, prevent recurrence, and help you feel more confident in eliminating any form of discrimination in your team or department.

Who is this course for?

This course is open to all staff. 

We also have a separate course, Harassment - the management perspective, for staff with management or supervisory responsibilities.
