1.  This form usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete. 


 2.  If your employer is paying for the programme fees you will be prompted to add your employer details in the application form under the Sponsoring Executive fields.


 3.  Once you have completed the application form and accepted the terms and conditions the cancellation terms will apply. You will receive an automated email confirming that Imperial College has received your application.


 4.  After receipt of application, we will get back to you within 24 hours to inform you whether your application is approved.


 5.  If you are paying by bank transfer or are being sponsored, we will send you an invoice to the billing contact nominated by your executive sponsor. Payments terms are normally 30 days upon receipt of invoice.


 6.  If you are paying via credit card you will receive a link to make payment via email once your application is approved.


 7.  The Programme Manager, who is in charge of logistical arrangements for the programme will send your Joining Instructions six weeks before the start of the programme.

Admissions and payment

Application forms will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Applicants will be sent confirmation via email.


The Contract shall come into being when the College sends the Client confirmation that the Participant has been accepted onto the Programme. This is the same for both sponsored and self-sponsored applicants, at this point the cancellation terms apply.


Payment via bank transfer: full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date or  three (3) weeks before the Programme Commencement Date, whichever is earliest.


Payment via credit card: full payment is due within 24 hours of acceptance.

Transfer and Cancellation


Transfer of an application to a different date or a different Programme

A participant may transfer to a later session of the same Programme or a different Imperial College Business School Executive Education Open Programme,  at no extra cost, subject to the College being notified in writing to the following email address: execed-info@imperial.ac.uk, more than 42 days before the Programme Commencement Date.

If written notice of transfer is received by the College 42 days or less before the Commencement Date the Participant shall pay the College (in addition to the Programme Fee) a transfer fee, as follows:

Number of days between receipt of written notification

14 days or less                                                                                              50% of Programme Fee
15 - 28 days                                                                                                      35% of Programme Fee
29 - 42 days                                                                                                      20% of Programme Fee

The following conditions apply to all transfers:

The Participant must confirm attendance on the new Programme within 2 weeks of the date of the request to transfer.

The new Programme start date must be no later than twelve (12) months after the original Programme Commencement Date.

Cancellations

A Participant may cancel at no extra cost, subject to the College being notified in writing to the following email address: execed-info@imperial.ac.uk, more than 42 days before the Programme Commencement Date.

If written notice of cancellation is received by the College 42 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Participant shall pay the College a cancellation fee as follows:

15 - 28 days                                                                                                           50% of Programme Fee
29 - 42 days                                                                                                           25% of Programme Fee

If a candidate does not arrive on the Commencement of a programme, the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge

Please note that no part of the fee will be refunded or used towards payment for another programme in the event a participant only partially attends the programme.

In the unlikely event that College cancel a programme, participants will be entitled to a full refund.

Other Important Information
    Applicants must be proficient in English. All classes and discussions are conducted in English. To obtain maximum benefit from participation, participants are expected to attend all activities which form part of the programme.

    No academic credits are granted for participation in Executive Education programmes.

    A certificate of completion will be issued to eligible Participants.  To be eligible the Participant must attend all the Programme sessions. 

    Imperial College reserves the right to remove any participants acting in any way detrimental to the programme or the other participants.

    Imperial College  reserve the right to take photos of or video participants while they participate in programme activities, and use such photos or video footage for promotional purposes.
