We are motivated by the availability and sustainability of plant-based food options and plan to engage with with London Zoo of the Zoological Society London (ZSL), as an institution that provides catering to their staff and the public as a conservation charity. We think this provides a unique opportunity to target animal lovers and explore the links between what people see and experience at the zoo, and their own dietary choices.”
