Log in to Office 365

  1. Log in to Office 365
  2. Your username is your College username followed by @ic.ac.uk e.g: abc123@ic.ac.uk
  3. Your password is your College password

You will need to login and be connected to the internet at least once a month to keep your subscriptions active.

Outlook

OneNote and OneNote Class Notebook

OneNote Class Notebook is OneNote but designed for the classroom environment. Students can collaborate on projects, together and privately submit assignments. Visio

visio logoVisio is a diagram drawing application for drawing flow diagrams to floor plans. It offers a wide range of built-in shapes and stencils for you to use. Visio is available in addition to your normal Office 365 application package, please use our MS Visio/MS Project Professional request or transfer form to request Microsoft Visio.

MyAnalytics

MyAnalyticsBy using AI and machine learning, MyAnalytics analyses how you use your time using the Office 365 applications. MyAnalytics can see who you meet with most often, but also suggest who might be useful for you to collaborate with on projects. To Do

to doTo do is a task management tool that is integrated with your Outlook flagged tasks. To do allows you to plan your day in a smart way and gives you personalised suggestions. To do is also available on mobile devices, so you can keep track of your personal tasks whilst on-the-go. Visit the Microsoft To Do web pages for more information. 

Project

project logoMicrosoft Project is a must-have tool for project managers. It allows you to schedule, assign resources to tasks and keep track of progress and budgets. Project is available in addition to your normal Office 365 application package, please contact the ICT Service Desk if you are interested in using Microsoft Project.

 

Note: If you currently have a subscription for Visio and/or Project, which are additional apps available with Office 365, then as your Office suite is upgraded your licenses will also be moved to the latest version. This will be beneficial to you as you will be able to access the latest versions of Project or Visio, and access the apps on up to 5 devices, rather than having to purchase a license for each device.
