Identification

Identification required in support of your library application

1)  Personal ID with photograph
 
Your ID must be the original document of one of the following:
  • Passport
  • Valid photo card driving licence
  • NHS Trust ID card
  • National ID card
  • College and university ID card
  • ID card from employer

  • Photo travel card

2) Proof of address (bills and statements must be less than 6 months old)
 
Your proof of address may be a copy or online document:
 
  • Utility bill e.g. gas, electricity, telephone, water
  • Bank/Building Society statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Mobile phone bill
  • Council tax bill/council tax payment book
  • National ID card with address
  • Driving licence with address

If you are applying for membership as part of the SCONUL Access scheme you will need to bring a copy of your SCONUL confirmation email for Band A.
