Programme Overview
The Imperial College and Corndel Executive Development Programme is a 14-month programme (including End Point Assessment), designed for senior leaders across diverse roles and industries. It aims to develop essential strategic and commercial skills needed for driving continuous improvement and leading successful business transformation.
Please note that our application process is geared towards organisations rather than individuals. We recommend connecting with your HR or L&D lead to explore how the apprenticeship levy can be used to enrol in this programme as part of a cohort.
Who is the Programme for?
Our programme is designed for ambitious managers, typically with 5+ years of management experience. Candidates will already have leadership responsibilities, often working alongside the Board and C-Suite executives, ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
This course is also suitable for managers who have undertaken a Level 5 Corndel Diploma programme.
