The Operational Excellence team provide great support to teams in the delivery of operational improvements and the culture of continuous improvement across the College.   Take a look at the current programmes the training in tools and techniques to support change and learn the benefits that come from being a member of our Community of Practice.

The teams who work in the HR Division are committed to a high quality, personal and proactive support service to Imperial's staff.  They recognise the pressures of time on everyone and their aim is to therefore deliver a responsive service with fit for purpose processes, easy to navigate and practical procedures and to spend time on proactive quality support for staff and managers to help them meet the demands of their role.   Read more about our commitments in our 'HR Vision 2020'.
