Training overview
This online e-learning course is open to all staff members and provides a non-judgmental approach aimed at understanding how unconscious bias operates in the workplace. It is the starting point in understanding how biases can impact individuals and the organisation.
The course will offer you the opportunity to increase self-awareness and learn new information, to identify actions to foster equal opportunity and begin to address individual and organisational biases with confidence. Following the course, further learning and practical actions such as the unconscious bias action plan, EDI resources, and learning around allyship are signposted.
