An Introduction to Finance Careers in 2024

Join this session hosted by the Careers team as an introduction to find out more about the Financial sector with Luke Morton (Careers Consultant), Kristina Tzetzos (Careers Consultant), Anita Borkowska (Employer Relations Manager) and Marco Wai (Current FT MBA student)

The Financial Sector boasts a complex and dynamic ecosystem, as well as offering a variety of entry points, possible career paths and numerous sub-sectors. During this introductory session, we will aim to provide you with:

• A brief overview of some of the different sub-sectors within the Finance Market in 2024
• Tips on preparing for a career in Finance - whether you already have experience or are looking to transition into it from other industries
• A guide to the support our Careers Consultants, Employer Relations Team and External Experts can provide during your time at Imperial College Business School
• You will also hear from one of our recent MBA students who has recently secured an internship

There will be time provided during the session to answer your questions on any aspect of getting into a career in Finance.
