St Mary's Fleming Library group study rooms and first floor training room terms of use
Room capacity
- Group study room 1 - up to 10 people
- Group study room 2 - up to 10 people
- First floor training room – up to 15 people
Furniture and equipment
- Group study room 1 - 1 large table, 10 chairs, 1 interactive smart board, 1 Imperial College London networked PC, Imperial College London network sockets
- Group study room 2 - 1 large table, 10 chairs, 1 Imperial College London networked PC, Imperial College London network sockets
- First floor training room – 5 small modular tables, 15 chairs, 1 interactive smart board, 2 Imperial College London networked PCs, Imperial College London network sockets
Room availability
These rooms can be booked by:
- Imperial College London staff and students
- Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust staff
They are available:
Group study room 1 and Group study room 2
- Monday - Friday 09.00 - 20.45
- Saturday 13.30 – 17.00
First floor training room
- Monday - Friday 07.00 – 21.00
- Saturday 13.30 – 17.00
Bookings are for a maximum of 2 hours per person per day.
Booking
All College and library NHS users can book these rooms. If you are not a member of the Library, but are eligible to join, please report to library staff first.

Food and drink
Cold non-smelly food, drinks in resealable bottles and hot drinks in a cup with a lid are allowed.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booking, please let the library know using sm-lib@imperial.ac.uk or phone 020 7594 3692. If you have not taken up your booking 45 minutes after the start of the booking the library can make the room available for others. By contacting the library you may be able to re-schedule the same day. The library reserves the right to decline any booking request.
Rooms booked after 18.00 are subject to cancellation at short notice should the library close to due to staff shortages.
