Professor Franklin Allen
Vice Dean (Faculty & Research)
Professor Allen is Professor of Finance & Economics and Director of the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis at Imperial College Business School and has held these positions since 2014. In 2019 he became the Associate Dean for Faculty & Research. He was on the faculty of the Wharton School from 1980 to 2016.

Leila Guerra
Vice Dean (Education)
Leila joined the School in 2018 and directs the postgraduate programme portfolio, including programmes marketing, recruitment and admissions, programmes management, global student initiatives, Careers and the Edtech Lab. She is on the GMAC Board of Directors and, before joining Imperial, worked at Singapore Management University, IE Business School and London Business School.

Professor Richard Green
Associate Dean of Education Quality
Professor Green is Professor of Sustainable Energy Business and in 2020 he was appointed to the role of Associate Dean of Education Quality. He is responsible for leading the School’s efforts in education quality and the continuous improvement of teaching and programmes.

Professor Nelson Phillips
Associate Dean of External Relations
Acting Dean of the School from 2016 to 2017, Professor Phillips continues to hold the Abu Dhabi Chamber Chair in Innovation & Strategy. He was appointed Associate Dean of External Relations in 2018, helping to create an integrated approach to communications across a number of internal teams.
