The three Southwood halls are located at the heart of the residences village. All are set over two floors and Southwood 1 & 2 overlook the lawned area in the middle of the residences village.

The rents for 2024-25 are as follows:
Rent includes utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance, communal cleaning and a contribution towards your halls activity fund. Rent is paid on a termly basis, so it's easy to keep track of what needs to be paid and when.
