William Penney is a hall for those on a limited budget and is offered at a competitive rental fee as compared to the rest of our single standard rooms.

Whilst it is limited in comparison to other halls on this Campus in certain aspects (kitchens are shared between 14 students, there is no common room, bathroom/toilet facilities are also slightly more limited than other halls) room sizes and room furniture are as generous and comparable with our other halls at Silwood.

Please note the building is compact and rooms are close together so if you are particularly sensitive to noise this hall may not be suitable for you.
