After the feasibility assessment, the decision may be made not to continue with the proposal, for example if:
- the study is deemed to be 'unfeasible' after consideration by the CI and the Clinical Division
- the site application to the sponsor is unsuccessful.
As many people will already have been involved in consultations, it is important to keep them informed of developments. In this case, the Clinical Division research manager will be responsible for sending an update to contributors.
