From 5th January 2026 all timetabling requests to the FEO Timetabling Team (Faculty of Medicine) should be submitted using ASK forms.
Please note the timetabling.feo@imperial.ac.uk email account will no longer be monitored from 5 January.
Termly Approach
Please note that this change does not affect the termly approach to timetabling; this approach remains in place with the established data collection form via ASK. The dates for submitting requests during the development and maintenance phases of timetables are noted below.
