Booking Time
Access to the Cryo-EM facility is open to a broad user community. Internal researchers at Imperial College London (ICL), as well as external academic users through the LonCEM consortium, can request instrument time by obtaining an ICL PPMS scheduler account. This system allows transparent booking and efficient allocation of resources across projects. Industrial users are welcomed via contract drafting with Imperial Consultants, ensuring tailored access that meets commercial and research needs while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and confidentiality.
Access
Booking is via Imperial College London PPMS scheduler: for all Imperial College London users who will have exisiting accounts. External users from Consortium institutes comprising the ICR; QMUL and King's College London can create a user account having made a request to the LonCEM Facility Manager. Booking access is granted once the project form is submitted to the manager: n.cronin@imperial.ac.uk
Industrial users are welcomed via Imperial Consultants, who liaise directly with companies to establish an appropriate contract that ensures access to facility expertise while maintaining data quality, confidentiality, and tailored project support.
