Welcome to the Imperial Reporting Hub

This hub has been created by a group of key support services to inform the Imperial community about the reliable, meaningful management information that we provide.  We are working together to provide information in a consistent style and layout to make interacting with and interpreting our provision a simpler process, as well as clearly defining our reports and dashboards as official sources of truth.  Find out more about the reports and dashboards available by navigating the support service areas and support service teams sections below.

Student Lifecycle

End to end student lifecycle from first point of contact, through their education, teaching and learning, wider student experience, graduation and as alumni.

Reporting on different aspects of research and innovation, provided by the Research Office, the Library, and the Enterprise Division.

Operations & Overview

This reporting covers various elements of operational management information for the university, and is provided by areas such as Planning and Insight, Finance, HR, and Societal Engagement.

Reporting Teams

Research Office

The Research Office provide key information via Strategic Research dashboards, Operational Research dashboards, and Research Spend reports.

Planning and Insight

Planning and Insight provide Management Information across Imperial including key overview statistics, Differential Outcomes, NSS, League Tables, Recurrent Grants, Departmental Data, and more.

Human Resources

The HR Information and Insights team as part of the HR division provides dashboards to support decision making and operational activities within departments.

Annual financial reports produced by the Finance division.

MORA

Marketing, Outreach, Recruitment, and Admissions statistics.

Registry

Registry provide Power BI Banner Reports and the Student-College Wide Report to view key student data including student status, interruptions of study, and banner curriculum.

Library Services provide insights into key library statistics and data about scholarly communications to support decision making.
