Academic Services: Our mission is to provide an integrated, holistic service for our learners, educators and researchers that delivers a seamless and supportive experience.

Digital Media Lab

The Digital Media Lab (DML) is a flexible in-house, full-service production capability, supporting a wide variety of educational, communications and outreach initiatives for the College.

As part of the College’s Academic Services Directorate, the DML supports the Faculty and Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Labs (ETLS) as a central unit. It produces creative, high-end content, develops solutions and workflows, plans and maintains facilities, guarantees aligned professional standards in media praxis, and trains its own crews, as well as affiliated faculty-managed media practitioners.

Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Lab

The Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Lab (IETL) comprises a team of experts who initiate, design and deliver blended and online content with academic and other leaders.

The IETL also undertakes innovation/education research and development projects.

Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions

Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (MRA) coordinates and delivers a variety of student recruitment activities on campus, across the UK and Europe and in a wide variety of international markets. It also produces and manages the College's key student recruitment online and print communications as well as receiving and processing all applications to the College.

Registry is here to offer guidance and support on a range of academic matters for both staff and students

Research Office

The College’s Research Office provides information and guidance in support of the College’s externally funded research portfolio. Our primary purpose is to champion professional standards and consistency in research administration across the College to ensure that institutional governance responsibilities and obligations are met. The office is managed through six functional areas; Operational Support, Funding Strategy, Research Governance and Integrity, Research Systems and Information, Europe and Research Contracts Policy.

Student Services is made up of a range of specialist student facing support services, including Careers, the Chaplaincy, the Counselling and Mental Health Advice Service, the Disability Advisory Service and the Sexual Violence Liaison Team
