International counsellor fly-in

The University of Cambridge and Imperial College London are pleased to announce details of their counsellor fly-in. Two of the world’s leading universities will be holding individual events for international guidance counsellors during March 2025, providing a unique opportunity to discover more about the two universities, meet staff and students, and participate in relevant workshops.

The events will be held at the University of Cambridge on Monday 24 – Tuesday 25 March and at Imperial on Wednesday 26 March 2025.

They are free to attend, however, participants will need to arrange their own travel, including between Cambridge and London, and accommodation in Cambridge. For participants attending the event at Imperial, a night’s accommodation in London is provided on 25 March. For participants attending the event at the University of Cambridge, further details will be provided regarding accommodation options including for those delegates who wish to stay in a Cambridge College for the conference.

Counsellors can register their interest in the fly-in here. The form closes on Sunday 3 November 2024 at 23:59 (UK time). Please note that this expression of interest does not guarantee participation, as we have a limited number of places, and the two universities will confirm attendance by 22 November 2024.

The organisers will prioritise registrations from schools/counsellors who have not attended previously and reserve the right to select participants from a range of school types and countries. Whilst the full programmes will be available in due course, participants can expect to receive the latest updates on UK admissions, tour university facilities, learn about specific course areas and take part in Q&A sessions.
