Undergraduate accommodation

Over 90% of first year undergraduates choose to live in halls and there are plenty of reasons why

  • Your rent is all-inclusive – At no extra cost, utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance and communal cleaning are all included.
  • First year accommodation guarantee – All eligible first year students who accept Imperial as their firm choice are guaranteed a place in Imperial halls.

GradPad provide private halls designed exclusively for postgraduate living. Based in Battersea and White City, both halls of residence have good transport links with our South Kensington Campus.
