Study for your MSc Business Analytics (online delivery, part-time) degree without interrupting your career with our two-year, part-time programme.
You will receive rigorous technical and quantitative training in this in-demand field from world-class faculty and leading practitioners, and you'll have the opportunity to apply your learning in a practical setting.

The online MSc Business Analytics offers greater flexibility and managerial module options designed specifically for working professionals. You can choose to complete theprogramme in two or three years depending on your commitments and learning pace

Structure
Before the programme begins you will complete pre-study modules delivered through The Hub, Imperial College Business School’s online learning environment.
These modules will be available to students who have accepted an offer of admission from July onwards, and are designed to give you a basic knowledge of areas which will be covered by the programme throughout the academic year.
Core modules rapidly build the theoretical and programming foundations you need for analytics. They are the backbone of the programme and will provide you with a solid combination of tools and knowledge.

Each elective will introduce the main analytical models and questions in the area and you will gain expertise in both the language and tools specific to that business area. Real-world data sets and cutting edge tools and models will allow you to apply your knowledge directly within your chosen industry.

If you are applying for a taught Master’s course, you will need to pay an application fee before submitting your application.
The fee applies per application and not per course:
- £100 for all MSc applications to Imperial College Business School
- £150 for MBA applications to Imperial College Business School
There is no application fee for MRes courses, Postgraduate Certificates, Postgraduate Diplomas or research courses, such as PhDs and EngDs.
If you are facing financial hardship and are unable to pay the application fee, we encourage you to apply for our application fee waiver.
An ATAS certificate is not required for students applying for this course.

If you're a UK national, or EU national with settled or pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, you may be able to apply for a Postgraduate Master’s Loan from the UK government, if you meet certain criteria.
The government has not yet published the loan amount for students starting courses in Autumn 2024. As a guide, the maximum value of the loan was £12,167 for courses starting on or after 1 August 2023.
The loan is not means-tested and you can choose whether to put it towards your tuition fees or living costs.
If you live in a country that imposes a GST for online courses, you may incur an additional tax charge on your tuition fees.
