Eligibility criteria
To be considered for a TEV UK-Imperial-Scholarship you must:
- hold a first degree that is equivalent to at least a good UK second-class honours degree.
- be ordinarily a resident and/or citizen of Turkey
- satisfy TEV UK that they have a demonstrable financial need for scholarship support
- hold an offer of admission for a full-time one-year eligible Masters level courses offered by the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Natural Sciences or the Faculty of Medicine by 4 March 2026. Courses offered by Imperial Business School are not eligible for the Scheme.
- be available to commence your academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in the Autumn 2026-27
Additional requirements
In addition to the above eligibility, applicants who are awarded this scholarship will be required to have met College English entry requirements (Pre-sessional English courses are not supported by this programme) by 30 June 2026. If you have not met the English entry requirements yet, please make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible to ensure you meet this requirement by 30 June 2026.

Application process
Stage 1: Apply for one of the eligible full-time one year eligible Master's course at Imperial College London by 7 January 2026
You must submit a complete admission application for a master’s course starting in Autumn 2026-27 through the standard College application procedure as soon as possible but no later than 7 January 2026.
Important: In order to be eligible for this award, applicants must also hold an offer of admission by 4 March 2026.

Application fee

Stage 2: Apply for the scholarship by Thursday, 12 March 2026
You should apply directly thorough the TEV website by Thursday, 12 March 2026.
Assessment
Financial need will be assessed by TEV UK through the scholarship application. Applicants will be assessed on academic merit by Imperial College through the standard admission process.
TEV UK will conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates in April.

Value of the Award
The scholarship covers the fees in full and provides an annual stipend of £22,041, and a return economy-class flight from home country to UK. It also covers visa application and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS).
How many scholarships are available?
There are two scholarships in total.
Outcome of the Award
The successful candidate will be notified by email no later than end of June 2026. If you have not heard from us by this date, please assume you have been unsuccessful in your application.
Please note that the successful scholar(s) will be expected to meet informally with the donors on occasions, and will be required to submit a short statement of progress each year during the tenure of your award that will be shared with the donors.
This award is for students starting in the Autumn 2026-27 and cannot be deferred. All scholarships are awarded subject to students accepting award Terms and Conditions.
