We work with our partner Enroly CAS Shield to collect and verify your personal details before we issue your CAS. 

When you are eligible to start your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) application, you will receive an email with your login for the Enroly CAS Shield system. 

The online system will guide you through the process and show you where to upload all the supporting documents relating to your CAS application. It can take some time to complete all the steps and for your documents to be verified, so we recommend you start the process as soon as possible.

What you will need to do:

  • Check your email: Look out for an email from Enroly CAS Shield inviting you to create an Enroly account.
  • Create your Enroly account: Follow the invitation link in the email to CAS Shield to get started.
  • Complete your information check: Log into your Enroly account and follow the instructions to complete your information check.
  • Upload supporting documents: Make sure you upload all the requested documentation needed to issue your CAS. This will include your passport.

Important: Some students may be using a newer version of My Imperial (called 2.0). If you log in to the My Imperial system and do not see the tile to upload your passport, please use the My Imperial 1.0 link above.

You must upload your passport in both systems. If you only upload it in one, you will continue to receive reminder emails until both uploads are complete.

Once you have completed the Enroly CAS Shield information check and provided all of the required documents, our Admissions team will review your information.

Completing the form accurately and by the deadline provided is essential for us to be able to process your CAS and send the necessary information to the UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration).

We will not issue your CAS until you confirm your details in Enroly CAS Shield and you meet all the conditions in your offer.
