Our Offer Holder Days are designed to give you a real sense of what it’s like to study at Imperial College London.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore your chosen course in more detail, tour our campus, meet current students, see cutting-edge lab demonstrations, and speak with academic staff.

Arrival and check-in
Please arrive during your chosen registration slot.
- For most departments, arrival is at 10.30
- Exceptions are Medicine (MBBS) at 12.00 and Biomedical Sciences at 12.30
Check-in locations
When you arrive on campus, please head to your registration point to check-in. You will need the barcode in your confirmation email.
- Imperial Main Entrance: Aeronautics, Bioengineering, Dyson School of Design Engineering, Earth Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Queen’s Tower Room: Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Mathematics, Medical Biosciences, Medicine (MBBS), Physics
After check-in, a student ambassador in a bright t-shirt will guide you to your first session.
What to expect at our Offer Holder Days
Our aim is to help you picture yourself here, academically and socially, and to give you an authentic snapshot of life at Imperial.
The full schedule will be emailed to registered attendees closer to the event.
Meet your department
You’ll begin with your chosen department, with a selection of sessions designed to show you what it's like to study your subject at Imperial. These sessions often include:
- Departmental welcome talks
- Taster lectures
- Practical demonstrations
- A tour of facilities
- Student panels and Q&A
Staff and students will be on hand to answer your questions.
Get to know Imperial
Along with visiting your department, you can explore our campus and supports available to you.
- Visit our Support Services Fair: Our marketplace-style stalls showcase student life at Imperial, including Accommodation, Careers, Finance, Disability Advisory Service, Student Services Hub, Enterprise Lab, Move Imperial, and the Centre for Academic English. The fair runs 15.00-17.00.
- Take a student-led campus tour: Our student tour guides will show you around the key location across campus and will be happy to have a chat and answer your questions at the same time.
- Attend accommodation and finance talks: See where you might live for your first year and hear from our Accommodation Team about the options available to you. Our Finance Team will also be available to provide advice on living in London, and financial support offered to Imperial students. These talks will run at 11.00-12.00 or 15.00-16.00 depending on your department.
Parents and supporters at Offer Holder Days
When booking a place, you will be given the opportunity to book a place for one guest to accompany you. Space restrictions on campus mean that we are unable to accommodate more than one guest per student. Learn more about bringing parents and supporters.
