We hope you have a great time at your Offer Holder Day with us. Please find useful information below on what to bring, how to find us, accessibility, and further opportunities to visit.
Arrival and closing times
You should arrive during the times specified in your chosen registration slot. This is generally at 10.30, except for Medicine at 12:00 and Biomedical Sciences at 12.30.
Activities will take place between 11.00 - 17.00. The fair at end of the day is optional; you do not need to stay for the full day.
What to bring to your Offer Holder Day
Please bring your confirmation email containing the QR code. We can scan your code from a phone or tablet; you do not need to print the email.
Bring your schedule. It’s really useful to make a note of talks and events you will be joining during the day to make sure you don’t miss anything.
We do not have storage facilities on campus, so you will be required to keep personal belongings with you at all times. Please avoid bringing luggage with you. Mainline train stations such as London King’s Cross and London Waterloo offer left luggage facilities.
