Track your application in UCAS Hub

Once you've sent your completed application to UCAS, you can sign into UCAS Hub at any time to see how it's progressing.

  • Imperial departments that use interviews as part of their selection process will contact you directly if they want to invite you for interview. 
  • You will only receive a decision on your application after the interview has taken place.
  • You will receive an email from UCAS whenever there is an update on your application status so it’s really important you keep your contact details up-to-date to make sure you don’t miss any notifications.

Receiving a decision your application

Admission to the College is very competitive and we receive a large number of applications each year.

To make sure all applicants receive equal consideration, it is often not possible to make a final decision until after we have received all applications.
