Eligibility criteria

The Department of Earth Science and Engineering offers several scholarships for the PhD programme in any research area within the department.

Awards are based on exceptional academic merit and/or potential. Applicants will usually have completed an MSc or equivalent.

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Meet the PhD programme entry requirements
  • Submit a complete application (including all required documents) via Imperial College’s admissions process

Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.
