Key is required error when entering details in application

If you are experiencing an error message “key is required” when attempting to add information such as Higher education qualifications and Quantitative experience, please contact the ICT Service Desk for support if the issue persists more than twice.

Unable to submit the application after payment of the application fee

On successful payment of the application fee, you should be redirected back to the Declaration and Submission page on the application portal. If this does not happen, please wait 5 minutes, then refresh the page.

After refreshing, or logging back in, if you are not taken to the Declaration and Submission page, you should contact our Admissions team through our Admissions Enquiry form quoting your CPG payment number.

Cannot resend or amend references once application is submitted

If you need to resend or amend your references after your application is submitted, please contact your referees directly and ask them to submit a reference through our Admissions Enquiry form

General information on using the application system

Activating your account

When you create your account for the very first time, a verification code is sent to the email address you used.

Please use the code in this email to verify your account.

If you cannot find the email, check your junk/spam folders to make sure it's not there.

If you still cannot find the email, try using the button to send a new code.

If you do not receive the verification email this time, please use this enquiry form to contact the Technical team.

Issues with creating an account or password

For all issues when creating an account or a new password, please use this enquiry form to contact the Technical team.

Please provide as much information as possible on any error messages you are seeing and the steps you are taking.

When creating a password, please remember it must contain all of the following:

  • a minimum eight characters
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one number
  • one of the following special characters: @ $ ! % * ? &

I can't find the course I want to apply for

Please use the course search page to check if the course has been closed for applications. If the course is still open and you are unable to find it in the application portal please contact our Admissions team.
