Please note: it may not always be possible to take specific combinations of modules due to timetabling conflicts. For confirmation, please check with the relevant department.
The online pre-study modules will ensure you have the basic knowledge and skills required for the start of the programme. You will complete these modules before commencing the programme.
Core modules build rapidly on your previous experience while introducing new and challenging disciplines. You will cover the general functions of management, explore essential business topics and acquire the skills to be an effective and inspiring leader in whatever career you choose.

Flexcore is a set of four key online modules of which you are required to choose at least two. By choosing your preferred modules in this way, you can personalise your MBA to study what interests you the most.
You may take more than two flexcore modules, decreasing the number of elective modules you need to complete accordingly.
- Business Analytics
- Corporate Innovation

- Leadership
Electives allow you to specialise in an area of interest or explore new avenues.
The Global Online MBA elective portfolio consists of online modules across a number of subject areas. In order to make an impact on a global scale, you must understand the global environment in which you are working. As an MBA student, you will have opportunities to travel to international destinations to study at partner schools and work with local businesses.
Global experiences
The Global Experience Week is a unique hands-on learning experience, which is optional for Global Online MBA students looking to further broaden their horizons. Joining the Weekend MBA cohort, you can travel to another country for an intensive week-long trip to explore a new culture and business in an international context.
This is an additional cost and an optional element for Global Online MBA students.
The IB Glocal Electives, which are shared across the MBA portfolio, teach students how to explore contemporary global business problems with a local perspective.
Increase your international exposure by completing some electives at one of our partner schools.
