Applicants will demonstrate a track record of leadership in the LGBTQ+ community and commitment to ROMBA's mission of advancing equality in business, the workplace, and society. Professional references are required.
Please note: This scholarship is available to new entrants only. Students already studying the course are not eligible.

Imperial Business School partners with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA), a non-profit empowering the LGBTQ+ MBA community and developing the next generation of 'out' leaders, alongside 50+ business schools and 90+ corporate partners committed to advancing equality in business education, the workplace and society.
Fellows receive financial support, a leadership retreat (with travel stipend to North America in Summer 2027), free ROMBA event registration, and networking opportunities. Recipients also lead within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and represent the School as Student Ambassadors.
