We are delighted to announce the return of ChemEng Enterprise Day 2026 on 29 April! Hosted at Imperial College London's South Kensington campus, we have an exciting day lined up, with excellent speakers, networking and a new session dedicated to reverse pitches.
We are also delighted to welcome keynote speaker, Nalin Agarwal, Founding Partner at the Climate Collective Foundation (South Asia’s largest climate tech startup support platform), for an exciting Distinguished Enterprise Lecture (as part of Chemical Engineering's annual Distinguished Seminar Series, see below for further seminars), entitled 'Building climate innovation platforms at scale – a perspective from the Global South.' Due to popular demand, registration is needed.

Distinguished Seminar Series 2026
The Distinguished Enterprise Lecture forms a part of the Department of Chemical Engineering's Distinguished Seminar Series. Additional seminars (open to Imperial staff and PhD students) are detailed below, with first come first served attendance:
As part of its decentralised, hands-on spinout support, ChemEng Enterprise launched in 2024 a new Spinout Workshop Series.
The workshops are intended for ChemEng academics and researchers who are in the process of launching, preparing or thinking about a spinout from their IP intensive research.
Each workshop covers a detailed aspect of the process from a very practical viewpoint, addressing the “what, how, who, and when” of actually doing it. The goal is to provide a forum for exchanging knowledge and experiences between our aspiring entrepreneurs, external experts, industry players, and some of our start-uppers who have been through the ropes.
It is expected that participants will gain an improved awareness of key issues and mechanisms, and useful contacts.
Workshops for 2025/2026 will be announced soon.
